Home / Pipeline / Gene Target Anti-cancer Agent
The second generation of chemotherapy is a treatment that selectively attacks only specific targets in the cancer process. Because it doesn't attack normal cells, it leads to lower side effects than conventional anti-cancer agents, and can increase their survival time by slowing the progression of the cancer. Target anti-cancer drugs inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells by blocking the formation of new blood vessels and cell proliferation; examples of typical target anticancer drugs are Bevacizumab, Afribercept and Sorafenib. We aim to develop a dual inhibitor that can maximize autoimmunity for the disease and its effectiveness.
